“Return to Play”! While this upcoming year will be uncharted territory for us all, our coaches, students, and support staff have been hard at work throughout the summer looking forward to the opportunity for sports to return this fall.
We couldn’t be more excited at JPII to get this school year underway. There’s a certain element of anticipation and enthusiasm from our students and coaches to get back on the playing fields and compete. Although this year will look different with certain precautions in place, the Athletic Department's expectations and standards remain the same with focus on instilling sportsmanship, integrity and an unparalleled work ethic in our students. We will look to continue to enhance the JPII Athletic brand and build the inclusive culture that unifies our high school programs with our Falcon Catholic Middle School program consisting of Holy Family, Holy Spirit, St. Ann, and St. John the Baptist Catholic Schools.
Our coaches are the foundation of everything we do and set the tone for each program. We’re fortunate to have so many experienced, positive, and enthusiastic coaches on staff this year. Adding to an already great group of coaches, we welcome Rob Everett, Head Coach Varsity Football, Stephanie Cashin, Head Coach Varsity Swim/Dive, and Dylan Bunnell, Head Coach Varsity Boys Basketball. Each of these new coaches bring an energy and passion for their respective sports that will undoubtedly reflect on our students and programs.
Lastly, thank you to all our sponsors, friends, and supporters of JPII Athletics. We cannot give our students a best-in-class experience without your generosity.
